Aero/body Panel Cutting
At Alpha Project imports we provide affordable shipping methods for large aero and body parts. Most aero parts sent by Air freight whole are quite expensive.
Depending on the size of the aero/body part, the air freight cost alone can range from 80-250,00 JPY. At ALPHA we can down size the aero parts by cutting the aero in certain places to repackage them to certain sizes which won`t exceed the oversize limit for EMS. We have cut Bumpers, Fenders, Wings, Side skirts, etc.
Most of them are made from FRP so when they arrive to you, you are able to get them glassed back together in the original form from how it came from the manufacture. You can glass it back yourself if you have background experience in body work. If not most body shops will be able to glass the aero pieces back together.

NOTE: Front fenders don't have to be cut to be sent thru EMS anymore. We send front fenders whole.

Aero 3Pc Set
We provide a service where we can cut this aero, resize it (cutting fee ) 8,000 JPY (all order have 4500 handling fee) and send it thru EMS delivery for 96,000+ Tax, instead of 280,000 JPY with DHL.
Fenders - Rear only (Fronts can go EMS)
We provide a service where we can cut these fenders, resize it (cutting fee ) 4,000 JPY (all order have 4500 handling fee) and send it thru EMS delivery for 34,050+ Tax, instead of 55-75,000JPY with DHL or Fedex
Trunk Wings (Large ones ONLY)
We provide a service where we can cut this aero, resize it (cutting fee ) 2,000 JPY (all order have 3500 handling fee) and send it thru EMS delivery for 18,000 + Tax, instead of 37,500 JPY with DHL.
Please Note: For all cut Aero body panels cut, you will have to re-glass/mold the Aero back together once arrived, any questions feel free to contact us.
