SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We use various  shiping couriers including EMS, DHL, FedeX and LCL Ocean Freight, depending on the size, weight and value of the order. We ensures you get the best possible service at the fairest and most affortable price.

Any order placed for items which we hold in stock are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm are NOT guaranteed to be dispatched the same day. In our experience, orders shipped with couriers usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

Certain services like DHL allow us to send you tracking updates via email and text, so please ensure you give us as much contact information as possible when placing an order, so we can tell you when to expect your order!

Most items that we send will mostly come to us directly from the supplier or manufacturer before we repackage and down size the package size to save you as much shipping cost as possible.. In these instances, it's possible there may be additional delays before we are able to get your item sent out. In these cases, we will do everything we can to keep you informed about the progress of your order and ensure it arrives as quickly and as safe as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. All sales are final policy — Alpha states that once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund.

  2. All Aero cut orders are strictly Final Policy and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded - no exceptions.

  3. We exchange, replace or refund products if they contain a manufacturing defect or if the wrong part arrived to you. If the wrong part arrived to you, we will send a return label so we can get the incorrect part back from you before we go forward with the refund or replacement. If the item is damaged during transit by the courier comapnies then the only way to get a refund is we will consult with the courier company and make a claim for a full refund or replacement through them. If you need to exchange or refund any item, send us an email at sales@alphaprojectimports.com.

  4. Our policy lasts 15 days once the item arrived to you. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange of the product.

  5. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item was once installed then you will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange. 

  6. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  7. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    •  Any item that is returned more than 15 days after arrival

  8. Damaged packages – We will claim from the carrier and get a refund subject to the carrier’s policy. DHL has full coverage; EMS covers up to 20,000 Yen of the order.

  9. Shipping and handling costs are strictly non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of shipping and handling  in all cases.
